Even people who are happy in their relationships can cheat.

NEVER Deny Another Side
“Imagine you come upon a house painted brown. What color would you say the house was?”
“Why brown, of course.”
“But what if I came upon it from the other side, and found it to be white?”
“That would be absurd. Who would paint a house two colors?”
He ignored my question. “You say it’s brown, and I say it’s white. Who’s right?”
“We’re both right.”
“No,” he said. “We’re both wrong. The house isn’t brown or white. It’s both. You and I only see one side. But that doesn’t mean the other side doesn’t exist. To not see the whole is to not see the truth.”

Being right doesn’t always create the best relationships or resolutions to conflict, but compassion and understanding can work miracles.
What you fear you create
What you fear you create.
Faith: IT IS THE FILTER FROM WHICH YOU ARE SEEING
Just heard that today on Dr. Phil
Our real target is maturity
Thought: When in a Relationship, if one person’s target is to MATURE & GROW yet the other person just DEMANDS to be RIGHT – ALWAYS!?
Whaddya do?
Routes to psychotic symptoms: Trauma, anxiety and psychosis-like experiences
The occurrence of at least one lifetime traumatic event was associated with a 2.5 times greater risk
Similarly, the occurrence of at least one lifetime traumatic event was associated with a 4.8 times greater risk
It is also of note that a history of lifetime trauma was associated with higher scores on the Cardiff Anomalous Perception Scale factors of temporal lobe experience, and clinical psychosis
A number of studies, in both clinical and non-clinical populations, have found an association of trauma and psychotic symptoms
The evidence for the association between trauma and psychosis is strongest for the occurrence of hallucinations
A history of childhood abuse increased the risk for the subsequent development of psychotic symptoms by over 10 times.
The evidence for the association between trauma and psychosis is strongest for the occurrence of hallucinations
If trauma has a causal role, then its influence on delusions and hallucinations may be somewhat different. For instance, the role of trauma in hallucinations may be quite direct, whereby trauma-related intrusions and flashbacks enter the content of hallucinations

note found on phone
Note I found in my phone as I was clearing out my memory card:
Boxed in, in conversations in your own house. The right way, I just want to be considered. Caged in? A result if you or me? If you love me, really love me, why do you react the way you do? Slow processor. Rarely have space? You have all week! You feel instructed? Cut losses? Sorry you feel it’s a loss!
